Was very sick. Couldn’t see my Doctor so went to this urgent care. I wasn’t even able to C a Doctor only a medical assistant, not even a PA. She swiped my nose & throat and without a prescription told me we will let you know results in 2 days. I had Covid. I am 82. I would never return

If I could give zero starts I would. 10/23/2023 went to Baptist Medical Park Pace office as a walk-in. I was expecting to wait an hour or so but at the 21/2 hour point I was finally taken back into a room where my vitals were taken. I was then told to go back to the lobby to wait for a room to become available. About 20 mins later I was taken to a room where a Student Doctor came in and ask me questions. I was ok with this. I wrote a review on Baptist Medical Park in Pace on 7/17/23. I haven’t been able find it so I’m thinking it got deleted. So I writing another one. I went to Santa Rosa ER on 7/10 with short of breath and severe pain when I would cough. I was told I had pneumonia and was admitted overnight. I was discharged on 7/11 and at that time I was told to contact my primary doctor for a follow up appointment and to get another chest X-ray with in a week. I’m not sure how Dr Stock received any good reviews! In fact he told me not to believe them. I think he’s right, he is so cynical, that’s how even he describes himself. He comes with an attitude that he’s done this for 30 years, he knows what he’s doing. But honestly he is so old school that he knows very little about being proactive with one’s health, he only believes in reactive care. Worst service from the office manager on down! Called to see Dr Kendal Hoover and they would not let me talk to her or a nurse, I had lost strength in my right hand. I asked to see or speak to any doctor or nurse and they refused and said my insurance did not cover any other dr there. After telling them that I have seen other doctors there they researched it and finally said I was right but nobody could see me. I asked to talk to any nurse or doctor and they refused. Just wanted to share our positive experience with Dr. Tan. My 75 yr mother has seen Dr. Tan for various conditions, most recently for back and leg pain when it began to affect the quality of her life. Worst hospital experience I’ve ever had....literally no one in the back and I had surgery yesterday and cannot urinate and I have been waiting forever to be seen....the nurse is the rudest person treating me like I’m waiting her time and they haven’t taken any samples of anything run tests nothing. I am just sitting here in the back. Worst hospital ever
