Mom has been a patient of Dr Richards since 2011. Both his bedside manner, the poor customer service from his nursing assistant, the front office staff constant turnover, obvious negligence in returning patient calls, and overall poor hands on care has left us seeking a better healthcare provider. Dr Logan Richards transferred to this facility on May 1st 2018. He has been my Dr for 5 years and I could not be in better hands. Dr Richards listens and explains and takes the time necessary for you to understand.
