They will not care about you. If you are sick they will call you two weeks after and tell you that you are fine. Horrible front desk service. The people at the front desk think they are professional health care providers but they are not. Do not listen to them for your healths sake. Dr Shute said a nice guy when you are in front of him. Janie Fleming lectured me on women's rights. I was appalled since I was a teen in 1973 and marched for our rights. She wasn't even born at the time. It's sad she cared me about the unborn than the women bleeding out in ER parking lots.

My doc, Dr. Foust is the shit. Listens when I am telling him about my problems and the changes between my appointments. After being ping pong'd with pain management he helped make me feel human again.

The lack of compassion and phone etiquette when trying to make an appointment for my mother with Dementia is infuriating. There is zero customer service here. I will be finding another provider for my mother as this medical center clearly does not care about their patients.
