Save your time and go somewhere else. These people did not treat me with care,dignity,or respect. Read the Baptist medical group mission statement, you'll see that these three things are Paramount to their mission in treating patients. They royally screwed up my healthcare by failing to tell me I had labs to do,making me call my insurance multiple times to change addresses and provides that I never had to do before,and refusing to provide me care when they knew for a fact by imaging I'm in severe pain. Save your time and go somewhere else. Between the incompetent, UNPROFESSIONAL girls at the front and the uncaring doctor who doesn't care about anything but attempting to threaten you,instead of try to figure things out. Absolutely no care for your health or injuries. Not that I've seen so far.

The overall visit was fine. However I went for a prescription refill specifically and it’s taken over a week for them to send it to the pharmacy. After I have contacted the doctors office 2-3 times, messaged my provider once, and contacted my pharmacist I still don’t have a prescription to pick up. I have never had so many problems with a refill!

I am in shock. My primary care provider, who I expected to renew my prescriptions, without telling me or giving any explanation, contacted my pharmacy and CANCELED every one of the prescriptions I need and have taken for years. I only found out when I called my pharmacy. I presume she was annoyed because I had asked for a new primary care provider because we were not communicating. I will run out of medicine and have no prescriptions to get refills.
