I am in shock. My primary care provider, who I expected to renew my prescriptions, without telling me or giving any explanation, contacted my pharmacy and CANCELED every one of the prescriptions I need and have taken for years. I only found out when I called my pharmacy. I presume she was annoyed because I had asked for a new primary care provider because we were not communicating. I will run out of medicine and have no prescriptions to get refills.
All of the providers and staff at this awesome are amazing and very helpful.

The front staff at Baptist Primary Care Airport are all absolutely wonderful! Every time I visit, they are kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They make the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and they’re always willing to answer questions or help with scheduling. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make each visit a positive experience. Truly a great team to work with!
Dr. Jon Storey is not just in the medical field for the money- he truly cares about his patients and WANTS to help them. He went so much of his time working with different pharmacies to see which one worked with my insurance to get me my Omnipod insulin pump. He is not even my endocrinologist and I have been trying to get my pump through endocrinologist for years.
