My grandmother was at this hospital. You cannot get in touch with anyone if you are not on-site of the hospital. They do not answer calls very well. The nurse does not call you back. They did not let my grandmother get out of the bed to go pee or poop. They made her poop and pee in her bed. Not even with a brief. She got 2 pee pads to sit on and poop. They took any dignity she had . My grandmother is a very independent woman and lives alone. She is able to get out of the bed and use the restroom. They are ridiculous. They ar... read more

The nurse was nice and that's the only reason I gave a star the rest was horrible just stuck me in a dirty holding room for hours the doctor didn't even come back to speak to me I will never go here again

I dropped my father off after he was recently discharged from the same hospital less than 24 hours later. Each time I called the next day to follow up about his status I could never get his nurse on the phone. Her name was Jessica. Every person I was able to talk to was less than helpful and had poor customer service. Nobody knows how to talk to people anymore.
