I really like the care at Baptist Medical Associates when I can get in. More than once I have called when I am sick and need to be seen, and there is no openings. I am unclear on why scheduling a sick appointment is so hard. What is the point of having a GP when I can't be seen when I am ill. Needless to say scheduling appointments is never easy and it always seems like they are understaffed.
