Como todo servicio de salud, un poco lento
Poor communications...do not return phone calls, you cannot get immediate answers, they do not even reply to pharmacist phone calls which are important. Baptist Health's communications system is lacking inefficiency. Have been a patient for 35 years and this is frustrating.

There’s a reason this place isn’t full and can take on patients at any time. I wouldn’t take my dying dog here. My husband was seen by Chioma Obiako and she refused to treat him for a potential deadly infection. The next day we had to take him to urgent care. I’ve called the office manager twice and have yet to get a return phone call. It’s ridiculous.
