DON’T bother unless you want to be forced to wear a mask!!!!!!! I have been with this office for two years. Have had many issues with the doctor failing to call me back on test results. The care is lacking. I then go to an appointment I made for myself this morning because I have an ear infection a month ago and have had some residual pain from said ear infection when checking in I am informed that I must wear a mask because of the residual pain. Como todo servicio de salud, un poco lento
Poor communications...do not return phone calls, you cannot get immediate answers, they do not even reply to pharmacist phone calls which are important. Baptist Health's communications system is lacking inefficiency. Have been a patient for 35 years and this is frustrating.
