Everytime I’m here they are nice, friendly and you are literally in and out of the facility in a very timely manner!!!
I love coming here for imaging especially mammograms. It’s so much better than going to a hospital. You just pull up in the parking lot and park because it’s a small center. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes before I’m called back. The mammogram technician is very nice and gentle. Their machine is the most comfortable one that I’ve had a mammogram on. I don’t ever look at the clock, but it feels like I’m in and out in 30 minutes,no fee for parking.
I had an MRI done last week,they said they would send the imaging and referral to the neurosurgeon . I called this morning they had not received it,come to find out it was never sent ,they lied to me and make me believe they sent it when they didn’t . I will never use them again after lying to me,that is cruel and incompetence.
Overall, a good experience mostly friendly staff, definitely an improvement from last time I came here.
