Lab staff are always pleasant but the wait times to get simple blood work done are abysmal. I never wait under an hour and most times the wait is far greater than an hour. I walked into a Quest lab in Pensacola and was done in 15 min.
The lab and staff are fine, but it is freezing in the wait room! There are lots of old people in the wait room who are shivering. I'm wearing a light jacket and still horribly uncomfortable. If you have to have the lab portion this cold, then just get a separate thermostat & control for vents in the lobby. Or go low tech and get a heater for this area. Very inefficient. Always a long wait for just labs even with an appt. But the phlebotomy staff are always friendly.
Janine !!! 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵she is the best! I was at lab.and needed give blood for my hormones test. ! She really so positive and quick! My stressful day became more easy with her approach. Thanks !
The wait time at this location should be embarrassing to the employees and to Baptist as a whole. Wish I had a different option.
