Currently in there waiting room!!!! And everyone got taken back for their still waiting!! After 30 min when again everyone is gone, oh someone TOOK me off the list! Do you all think I want to be here or that my time is free!!! So disrespectful, never had this issue before, but so not happy!! But they PUT me back on the list!!! So instead they are having a party, laughing, joking behind me and I am still here! I wonder how long this will take!!!!!!!!!
Usually they cannot find my lab request from a Dr in Baptist Healthcare. I have to fast to do this blood. Si I have to call my dr office. So this time I go by dr. office to get my printed lab requests. Told check in clerk & also lady drawing my blood that I had both requests in my hands. Dr office calls saying they only got one lab test results. So called hospital lab. Then Quest Lab. The lady never entered the thyroid blood into computer, therefore, blood dumped.
