I am 37 years old and presented to the ER because I am experiencing progressive nerve-related symptoms affecting my hands and legs. I have had ongoing nerve pain since undergoing ulnar nerve transposition surgeries. Come here if you would like to wait minimum of 5 hours for them to realize you exist. More time after that to get any help. Seriously the worst ER I have been to in 34 years. I will never ever come back to this place. If you don’t believe me, read all the one star reviews. Not worth it AT ALL
Jeromy t. Boucher is the most disrespectful Dr I’ve ever encountered in my life. No bed side manners. Avoid this e.r at all cost !!! What Dr raises there voice at sick patients?? If you are self pay they treat you as such and kick you to the curb. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life
I have been to Baptist Hospital’s emergency room for my husband twice. The first time we were there for over 9 hours from the triage to the time he was discharged. The nurses were cold and impersonal and the doctors were in a rush. He had a CT scan done, but the results were not discussed with us. Later, we went to urgent care and the doctor told us after reviewing the CT scan results that he had an infection in the form of an abscess. This was alarming to us.
