Completely unproffesional, I went into cardiac arrest during the pre surgery scope and the anethiologist claimed I was allergic and blamed me; even though it was an IV drug and I had been under for 20 minutes. Then at my first pre op I was in intese pain from a gout flare up and could barely walk. No one offered anywhere to get me a chair until I left and the receptionist helped.
