On February 20th, I submitted a not-too-positive review of In Shape MD. Later in the week, I received a call from David Northup, owner of In Shape MD. He was very concerned about the review I posted and wanted to talk with me about my experience. The fact that David took the time to call and talk with me for several minutes impressed me a great deal. (Nobody does that!) On top of that, he was very courteous and professional. And because of this great customer service, I am changing my review for In Shape MD.
When I first started the program, everything went fine. The first few weeks, I lost several pounds. But then I had a week where I didn’t lose as much. The technician told me I was cheating and was quite nasty towards me. I would agree that maybe I didn’t try as hard that particular week, but I also don’t think I deserved to be degraded like that. Especially since I was paying them to help me. After that visit, I never went back.
I was successful with this program and received great advice and guidance at InShape MD. Supportive staff that is genuinely interested in your success. As a Type II diabetic approaching 60, still active at work, it was a program that worked for me. Highly recommend.
They got 1 star bc I could not give 0. Horribly unprofessional. I went initially for testing and bought a package of B12 shots. I never received a call back on labs. I had to drive up and get the results bc I was unable to get anyone on the phone. I only dealt with the girl at the desk. In her defense, she was very nice. The lady that administered my first shot on the other hand was dressed very unprofessionally complained the whole time.
