I have had only positive experiences. The ladies in the office are very helpful and thorough.
On 4/29/25 around 5pm my oxygen concentrator broke. I called the Baptist home medical 24 hour service line and they told me they would have the area technician contact me to bring out a replacement. Now I am on oxygen 24:7 @8% and can not go with out. The technician called and said he would bring a replacement but it would be until about 8pm I told him that was fine because I really had to have it and could get by with tanked oxygen until then. The 1-star rating this company has received is understandable. Their management structure seems to require significant reform. I'm experiencing difficulties because I didn't willingly choose their services; they were designated when my husband was in rehab. The billing department's decision to send invoices years after equipment return is questionable. This company's practices are not up to par.
Just called them on the phone, extremely rude, very unprofessional. I do not recommend. -A Pharm.D.
