Very friendly staff in good customer service but an echogram there was going to cost me $2,000 after insurance or as I was able to pay out-of-pocket only $350 at The Woodlands Imaging Center on Nine Mile Road so keep this in mind if you want to save a lots of money

Very good hospital and doctors they were responsible and caring i would recommend this hospital to anyone

Brought my mom for a 1245 appointment and arrived at 1231. We couldn't find the Cardio Vascular center and asked at the Bear entrance as that is where our GPS put us. They told us to go around to the front, by the ER. When we got there, the volunteer lady didn't know where the doctor was located. A nurse came by and escorted us to the check in counter. There we were told that we needed to be at the Bear entrance to check in. Once there, the lady at the desk was so rude. She told us we needed to go back to the 3rd floor. But ... read more

I had an ascending aorta replacement and it could not have gone better. Dr. Ronson and his team were wonderful, reassuring and most of all direct and informative. I was discharged and on the way to a healthy life in 4 days and the team of nurses, APRNs, techs, and housekeeping were some of the nicest people I have ever met. I was super anxious and by the time I left I was so happy we were able to find and fix the problem.
