The front office staff here is extremely difficult and noncommunicative. I originally called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Tobey and was told it wasn't possible. After I poked and prodded, I learned that she was leaving the practice. That's no problem! I then scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hagen and started seeing her.
