I took my 2 year old to get stitches, wait time wasn’t bad at all and we had a great experience with Melissa! Couldn’t ask for better service we were in and out.
I do not recommend going to this hospital for anything. I went because I had a metal sliver in my eye and needed it removed. This is 10th or 11th time I've had this happen with my eye. Went and the lady registering me was excellent. She took me back to a room and the dr came in and said he needed to do some tests and get my eye flushed and look for scratches. He walked out and we sat there for 30 min and nobody came in. I took the vital Guage equipment off and let the machines beep for a few min.nobody still came in. We got ... read more
Horrible staff. Rude and act like they do not care if your in pain, it’s like your leg would have to fall off before they would care.
I have been here quite a few times especially due to allergic reactions using my epi pen, and some different episodes this is the best ER option in River Valley area. Seriously compared to Fort Smith Mercy they treat you good here.
