He took respiratory symptoms and asthma seriously, explained each step of the evaluation clearly, and made sure a solid treatment plan was in place before discharge. In a stressful situation, his professionalism and compassion made a huge difference for our family. We’re very grateful for the care we received.
My wife had complications that burned her esophagus, and the admitting and triage team let 5 people go back before us(people who arrived after us). Waited hours, and she sat in pain. They let her suffer. The lady at admitting couldn't look up to speak to me, and she just said "they are sicker". Meanwhile, she faced serious complications with a medication they prescribed her nights prior. We left and went to MERCY to get professional care

I took my 2 year old to get stitches, wait time wasn’t bad at all and we had a great experience with Melissa! Couldn’t ask for better service we were in and out.
