Another terrible experience. If you are looking to go to urgent care west today, they “have no providers.” An open clinic does not have a physician and therefore cannot provide healthcare. What they do have is a rude receptionist eating behind the desk and hanging up on people.
I have visited this facility several times and the staff is always helpful and caring and polite. I have learned it is important to schedule an appointment online otherwise you might have to wait a long time to be seen as a walk in.
Do not go there if you need stitches.
