I scheduled my appointment at the West Markham location, but I was sent to this location. The worse urgent care I have ever been to. The lady at the front desk and the aprn was nice, but I was in the waiting room for over an hour. I was attempted to leave and go to my pcp ,but I waited. I will never be back if I have to wait over an hour to see aprn , and it was not busy. I would rather schedule appt to see my pcp.
I came in on a Saturday around 2:00. I had an injury from weights falling on my ankle area. We sat there until 4:00 while others came in and left “because they had an appointment “. I have never heard of appointments at an Urgent Care office. Finally got to see the doctor at 4:00 which was their closing time. Nobody was happy having to stay past 4:00. The doctor Brittnay ?
