I scheduled an online appointment for my daughter here using hold my spot. Unfortunately, our experience at the front desk left a very negative first impression. Within the first five minutes of being there, I witnessed three different people being turned away in what came across as a rude and dismissive manner. We also were refused care. Once we had checked in, I noticed my daughter's date of birth had been entered incorrectly and asked to have it corrected. Much opportunity for improvement. Visit was for my 89 yr old mother who was having difficulty breathing. I’ll list the deficiencies, from my view in order of importance. Clear explanation of findings: The PA/NP who communicated with us stated the X-ray showed no pneumonia but diagnosed her with bronchitis. Fair enough. After arriving home, I reviewed the 2 documents he sent home with her, one an after-visit summary and the other an explanation of the X-ray findings.
