HORRIBLE!!! Went for a sports physical at 8am with only 1 person in front of us, we did not get seen until after 9am and was not released until 10am. Never in my life has a sports physical took 2 hrs!! If you are looking for somewhere that has NO sense of urgency this would be the place. Otherwise is suggest radcliff urgent care off Lincoln trail
One star is undeserved. Nothing urgent about this place, except when they try to stop you from leaving due to staff dicking around and singing in the hallway. I walked out. The office then had the audacity to call with excuses AFTER I left. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I received such great help from the staff at the front desk. I want to specifically thank Barbie, the receptionist, who answered all questions I had regarding my concerns (the matters are a little personal for a public review). I walked into the building without any information and left the building with all questions answered and a clear way forward. Barbie also promised to help more in the future if I needed it. Thank you to everyone else that was able to help me out!
