This is my go to when I can't get into my regular doctor. Diane at the front desk is awesome! Always very nice and attentive. Triage is great and the Doctors and Nurse practitioners that I've seen here are great. If you need an urgent care, this is the one to visit.
They are always respectful and cate about patient care.
I took my son in because he had been urinating a lot. He’s autistic, nonverbal and 6 years old. They couldn’t preform a urine test. I asked for a glucose test and Mark Garrett refused. He stated that I needed to go to my son’s pediatrician. My son’s pediatrician didn’t have an opening till the following day. A simple blood glucose test would have revealed that my son’s sugar was high. Since he’s disabled they treated my son with a lack of care. Your race plays a major factor there, especially when it comes to receiving proper care.
My daughter and I were sick for 2 weeks and when we went here to be seen the doctor said there was nothing they could do and to go home. We had green mucus coming out of our noses and the doctor wouldn’t prescribe us anything. We left and tried to make it another 2 days but we ended up back at Norton’s urgent care where they treated us 100 times better and prescribed us with the antibiotics we needed. It turns out that we had a bacterial infection and pneumonia. Will never go here again.
