First time I had been to a Baptist walk in facility. Another person had walked in just ahead of me. She was checked in and taken to a room. I filled out the paperwork and turned it in. I expected to wait 15-20 minutes. Instead it was less than 10 when I was taken back. The nurse practicationer came in soon and I told her my symptoms. She immediately knew my problem and emailed a prescription to my pharmacy. She also told me about some OTC products that would help.
