My experience with Baptist health has been an amazing adventure. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, concerned about your welfare.
I recently had a heart catheterization done at BH and can’t say enough about the care and attention I received. From Debbie first greeting me and taking me back to my room. From there Brooke was my main attending nurse and was super,, but sorry if I leave someone out, but Casey, Missy, I know there were more, everyone involved in the or, were top notch professional. Dr Dawson was great, and the hospital was impressive in every way. Thanks to all of you 🙏👍👏👏👏👏
Rude staff, was told they didn't have the test i needed after they charged me $170 for my visit. Im not sure why I was even seen knowing they couldn't do the test needed. This place is a joke.
I fortunately came on a day they're not busy, but everyone has been extremely kind and attentive.
