New to area, are all Baptist Health facilities as incompetent as this “UrgentCare”? I twisted my knee, waited a day to make sure it was not getting better on its own. Showed up at the “ UrgentCare” at 10:10 am on Saturday. They checked me in and got me into a room and took my vitals all within 10 minutes. Told only one person in front of me. Waited 40 minutes before the PA to come in. Saw her for 3-4 minutes. She ordered an X-ray. Waited 30 minutes and no one came to get me for an X-ray. The room I was in was near the “nurse... read more
