RecommendedBroke my shoulder in three places. Had surgery with 9 pins placed and was told it would take about a year to get full range of motion back. I was able to do it in 6 plus months. They gave me the tools physically and mentally to work towards my goal. Still working on strengthening but I will succeed. Highly recommend Kathryn,Sarah,Stef and group.
