After having a Mri with Bowen Heffley ortho they loose the results and cant find them which is insane so I have to set up another appointment somewhere else because I never even got my results to a broken bone

My mother had an appointment at this therapy office this morning and unfortunately, our experience with the office coordinator, Gayla York, was extremely upsetting. We arrived approximately 15 minutes late because my mother has recently been experiencing serious episodes of severe pain where she becomes frozen and unable to move normally. The team here are professional & expertly focused on the care of patients. Finding progress with back pain issues. Especially thankful for Andrew Musgrove. At the front, Gayla, is extremely helpful & accommodating with schedules. She has been consistently kind and patient when accomodations needed. A great place to heal!

Andrew was helpful in explaining my back problems, simple solutions to daily acts of living and moving and preparing me for a 6 week trip that was very manageable. I had a mostly pain free vacation ! Thank you so much!!!
