I am giving them a bad review not because of the therapists! The therapists are great and have helped me so much. Unfortunately, I’ve been forced to change therapists because of their billing department. I was overcharged in January as they didn’t get the bills to my insurance company in a timely manner and my deductible went to other bills that were sent to insurance company. Lauren and the entire staff at the 281 location are first rate. All of the the equipment is constantly cleaned and sanitized. The quality of the physical therapists is top notch. Hope I never need their expertise again but if I do I will be happy to go back.
