Due to the customer service of Karen who answers calls or calls out for confirmations, I canceled my services here before I even made it in. She called me to confirm an appointment she told me was scheduled for 10:40am however my understanding was it was for 11am. She was so sarcastic & condescending I decided to disconnect the call instead of engaging. Saw Dr. Newhart today for a gastrocnemius "tennis leg" tear. Check-in was expeditious, staff were polite, and physician was very professional. Would highly recommend Dr. Newhart and the staff within this clinic. Support staff were friendly and helpful.

I called from a provider’s office on a mutual patient. Never spoke to person just put on hold waiting for the front desk to pick up. So far its been 15 minutes waiting…. There should be an option available if calling from another provider’s office. Now 20 minutes…
DR. Samuel Overly and his nurse practioner Ameila Ray and their nurse Monica have all been wonderful throughout my visits and surgery with them. I am so thankful and amazed how compassionate and caring this great group of people are. He also listens and takes your well being serioulsy. Thank you all so very much.
