I was seen there yesterday for a stomach bug. They took great care of me. Much appreciated! Everyone was friendly. They gave me a medicine called Zofran and it stopped my vomiting. Glad I went to this clinic.Ā
The medical service was great! I saw my nurse, RN Amalie, almost immediately. The doctor (Dr Dania) a bit later. They prescribed antibiotics to cure my infection. I got the first dose from their pharmacy. I got here at four in the morning and the parking for the emergency room was just a short walk.Ā
Open till 9. Latest in the area. Needed urgent care before our cruise out of FLL. It was late and they were the only ones open in a large region. Kuddos to them for their hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very expeditious on the check in and seeing patient.Ā
i got the appointment for 10:45am. I arrived at 10:30am the doors were closed. one of the employees, his name is Martin Gomez did not let me in although I felt very bad because the doors were supposed to open at 11:45am. He has a very bad manners and does not deserve to be working with hospital related. I will complain to all levels in this prestigious hospital. MARTiN GOMEZ- employee' s name.Ā

Immediately after her arrival we detailed the issue of her addiction to the West Kendall Hospital doctors. Hospital staff, doctors and all medical community are in urgent need of guid...Ā read more
While staff was courteous, wait time short, the doctor was over zealous with his tunnel vision diagnosis, which turned out to be wrong. I went in for dread blisters on my foot. The doctor took the dressing off and never looked at it again. It was left bare for over 24 hrs the whole time I was praying don't let me catch MRSA! I was pressured into being admitted with a promise to be released in the morning. They ran many unnecessary tests that had nothing to do with my complaint. Was told ER doctor didn't have the right to pro...Ā read more
My neighbor was taken there by ambulance 14 hours ago. She is still waiting in the ER. What kind of BS is that?! Not surprising. My other neighbor died after being taken there during a bout with the flu.Ā
Twice I have been to this ER The staff is wonderful the care out of this world BUT THE PARKING lot a nightmare, not Emergency friendly. If you take yourself there make sure is NOT an emergency because you have the park a Couple yes 3 blocks away from the entrance. I went yesterday Friday at 10 AM for a horrible Diverticulitis attack, very painful. Now they do have a valet parking, hey great, except I had to stay overnight. Left today Saturday at 4 PM pick up my keys and I was told there was no valet parking for the weekend (...Ā read more
