Dr. Bowe is great , she really listens. I want to give 5 stars for Dr. Bowe, but issues with the coding problem. The problem is with the staff that does the coding to send to insurance. I was billed for a specialist copay for 1/27 visit when it should be a primary care copay. They coded it for vascular neurology, and one does not see a neurologist for diabetes or the common cold. I talked with insurance, Baptist billing, and left message for the office and it is still not being taken care of.
