Nurse (she is not a doctor) Shambray is excellent at what she does. She has excellent bedside manner, works well to come up with an effective treatment plan. However, her staff SUCKS, Kayli Franklin is rude to patients, she wants to go back and forth in messages instead of being a professional and resolving the issue.
Take forever to send in medicine and no one returns phone calls
Dr. Shambray is the most thorough doctor I've seen in a long time! You're always greeted with a smile by all staff members. I really can't say enough about our new Brookwood location in Pinson. I hope the community comes together in support of Dr. Shambray and team!
