I love my primary doctor, Dr. Snow, but the front desk and scheduling staff are doing an awful job. At my last visit, I thought I was there for a full check-up. Dr. Snow walked in and told me it was only for a blood test because the staff scheduled it incorrectly. On top of that, I was told in person that my next appointment would be set for the same time next year.
