I come here for my PCP on floor 3, so my experience with the rest of the building is limited. However, I've only had a wonderful experience every time I have an appointment. Pleasant over the phone when scheduling, and they greet my warmly when I arrive and get me checked in fast. Seating is about as comfortable as you can expect from a doctor's office. Amanda Blume and some of the other nurse practitioners in this office are fantastic ,but this office needs to fire the office manager and needs better management.If you care anything about yourself or your health you might be better off looking elsewhere.I always liked Baptist doctors and trusted them and don’t know if this across the board or just this office ,but is a money grab.They don’t care about their patients ,or doing anything to help you.They refuse to go over test results with you ,getting refills on medications t... read more
