I am so angry with these people! My husband has been trying to see a spine specialist since October. We have 4 appointments and arranged before a ride with cats to go to Louisville. Three times this office has caused it to get cancelled because they have incompetent people talking to someone on the phone. Yet again it got cancelled today because cats were told Kelly didn't refer him which she did two weeks ago when we both had appointments and were in the same room.
