I started here has a new primary patient after I started having concerning symptoms. Dr. Carrico-Welch has been so thorough and understanding through this process, I have recommended this office to everyone I know. Very grateful I found this place when I did!
We see both Kelly and Margaret. They know me and my children by name when we arrive before even looking at paperwork. Their bedside manners are IMPECCABLE. We accidentally got set up with the both and so half of us see Kelly and half of us see Margaret and honestly I’m so glad because we couldn’t pick between the two! They are knowledgeable and I appreciate their willingness to listen to the parents and dig into any concerns I have no matter how small. Their office staff is kind and patient.
I am so angry with these people! My husband has been trying to see a spine specialist since October. We have 4 appointments and arranged before a ride with cats to go to Louisville. Three times this office has caused it to get cancelled because they have incompetent people talking to someone on the phone. Yet again it got cancelled today because cats were told Kelly didn't refer him which she did two weeks ago when we both had appointments and were in the same room.
