Front desk staff was always very rude(older blonde lady with glasses) and made my son late for his appointment because she was too busy on the phone to check us in on time, she then proceeded to kick him out because he missed 4 appointments (including the one she made me late for) after being sick and calling ahead each time. Guess they would rather me spread illness’s to keep appointments. Was a waste of mine and my sons time when he could have been getting speech elsewhere
I’ve been going to see Ashley for the past 6 months for an ankle injury. She is an amazing physical therapist. She knows when to push me and when to give me a break. I’ve also seen some of the other physical therapists at this office and everyone I’ve worked with is very nice and very helpful.
I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I’ve come here. My daughter is going there now and likes the staff. Very nice.
