The front desk receptionists are always excellent. But the lady doing the pre employment pee test was very accusatory and rude, sniffing my pee in front of me saying it was adulterated, so 30 minutes later she got a male worker to observe me pee with my pants and underwear down to my ankles. I passed the second go but a very humiliating and dehumanizing experience.

Again. Went for a physical and drug screen for my company and the desk agents acted as if they had no idea what I was asking for. I called in advance but in the end have no results and had to have my physical done at another location due to staffing. Do not waste your time if you don’t have to.

Should take "Occupational" out of their name. The company in which I work for offers a once a year health screening in turn employees save on their yearly insurance premiums. I contacted Baptist via phone well ahead if time, one month in advance to be exact 1) To see if they do these screenings and 2) To see if I must set up an appointment in advance. I was told that they do in fact do the screenings and that no appointment was necessary. With proper paperwork from my company in hand I go in, sign in at the front desk, and h... read more
