One of the worst words that a doctor can tell you is “we’ve done everything we can” especially in modern time. I went in for a painful thigh strain and the physical therapy was helping…was released because doctor has a mindset of no more than 3 weeks of physical therapy or you go to ortho…and I agreed that I’m making progress (definitely not cured) and I didn’t need ortho but I thought I shouldnt be back on full duty like at least no lifting or running,walking and stand fine. Went in may for intense thigh pain that i got from running around and lifting things at work,dr was nice gave me sit down duty at work and sent me to physical therapy which did help a lot but when he released me I said I was not in pain but still quite sore and I was worried I’d undo the therapy if I went back to my department because my department is most taxing in place I work physically. Called the entire day trying to get information. Nobody answered, no way to leave a message for call back. Terrible way to operate a business. Have used them before and the service was acceptable which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
