I’m not sure what the gentleman’s name was who was working front desk. But he wore glasses and looked to have red hair. He was very hateful and rude towards me when I went to check in. I was told to go upstairs by the staff down at urgent care since it was work comp related, so I did and the first thing the man said to me was “why are you here?”…then when I explained to him why I was, he said “well no one has called me…”. This is the second time that the woman at the front desk messes up with my job orders. They sent them the orders and she says that there’s nothing in the system from my employer. I do understand that mistakes happen, but twice to the same patient? They need to replace that lady for someone responsible or you will keep losing patients.
