I was seen by APRN S. Kloske at Baptist Neurology in Little Rock regarding a complex but well-documented medical history involving suspected Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), neurological dysfunction, and spinal degeneration confirmed by imaging. I was told, point blank, that Baptist "doesn’t treat conditions like this" and that I should self-refer to the Mayo Clinic and stay there for three days. No treatment plan. No referrals. No support. The doctor and nurses are amazing and care for the patients care. I have MS and it has been a journey for sure but the doctor take her time and explain everything to me what I'm going through.
What a horrific experience and an extreme waist of time. This doctor’s office is abhorrent in my experience. Dr. Kandregula doesn’t care about his patients nor does he respect their time. I had an appointment for 2:45 and arrived 30 minutes early. I wasn’t brought back to the exam room until 3:50pm. Dr. Kandregula didn’t bother to grace me with his presence until 4:02 and was out of the room by 4:12.
