Everyone involved with my visits here have been friendly to me. I'm willing to be that this is the quickest medical office in Arkansas. I've never been taken back so quickly. I got to my second appointment today SUPER EARLY and they called me back before my appointment time because I was here!! Excellent technician but ancillary staff appear bored and/or just have marginal social skills. The receptionist scanned my history and came over to question me about metallic objects. She “clarified” that my notation was not relevant, that ONLY the items in parentheses were pertinent i.e. bullets, shrapnel... Perhaps someone could ‘clarify’ for this employee what e.g. means - that it infers MORE of same, not an all-inclusive list. 😄.
