Baptist Milestone is a wonderful gym. I love going here and working out. It's pretty clean and well taken care of. You actually see the staff and they do a fantastic job. While I haven't attended the classes it seems they are pretty good from what I hear and see while being there. The personal trainers are fantastic. I specifically work with Robert.
I use the therapy pool on a consistent basis and the regulars are very welcoming. Come be part of the FUN!!
Baptist Milestone gym is a clean and well-equipped facility. I never have to wait in line for a treadmill or equipment. Although I haven’t tried one yet, there are alot of classes to choose from, and they even have a theragun for recovery days. If I could give them a zero I would! First my entire experience with Baptist health regarding my special needs son has been abhorrent! They have failed him at EVERY turn. He now needs aquatic PT post spinal surgery and out of all of their facilities this is the ONLY one that doesn’t take his insurance! Yet all the others(none that offer what he needs) accept his insurance! Please make it make sense!
This whole experience has made me hate Baptist Health overall. They claim to care about medical conditions and when I asked to cancel due to a doctors orders they told me they could put it on hold until I had the all clear to come back. With no warning randomly started charging me in April when I was not allowed to workout at all and was still on bed rest. The woman in charge of membership fees is a two-faced liar and the only one to talk to is her. They also claimed to refund a month that my bank confirmed was not refunded.... read more
