I love this pharmacy. I go out of my way to use Baptist Health Med Towers Pharmacy. The pharmacists and employees are great and the customer service is the type chain pharmacies can't offer. I am loyal to this pharmacy...we must all resist the dark side and stay away from Walgreens, WalMart, and all Marts' and Wals'!

I walked in and was not acknowledged for almost 5 minutes. SEVERAL PEOPLE working behind the desk, one women specifically at the register. She was writing something and didn’t look up until I said, “Hello. Just want to be acknowledged.” She gave a half smile, still didn’t speak, and went back to what she was doing. Not even sure why my doctor sent my prescription over here but will most definitely be telling him please don’t do that again. I have a pharmacy and this isn’t it.
