I rated a 1 because it made me to be able to leave a review. I visited ER and was advised I had 3 dvt and a referral was sent to this office. I was advised to call first thing Monday morning. I called was told they would review chart a call me back shortly. 6 hours later I called back an was told they wouldn’t see me as I was a new patient an to reach out to my PCP. When I pushed back the woman was kind of rude a said she would talk to np tomorrow I said no thanks I will switch to Norton. Totally unsatisfied.
