I really don't understand the bad reviews, but I've literally have never had a bad experience at Baptist Lawrenceburg. They've always treated me well, and my questions have always been answered in a timely manner. Dr. Coutts is a awesome person and has always been upfront and has had my referrals and med prescriptions sent out in a timely manner.
