This place needs to be under investigation immediately. They have a provider( Stephanie Via) that works for them, that has been found accessing medical records of people not under her care. She has exploited this information to harm others not just that, but went as far as accessing medical records regarding a crucial case involving a minor ( 3 months old ) who is a victim of an ongoing child abuse case. I have never experienced worse service at a Baptist facility. After waiting two months to establish care as a new patient, I finally had an appointment scheduled for today at 8:00 a.m. While this appointment was not ideal — as I had a scheduled ablation the day before and had to take off work to attend — I made the effort to accommodate the facility’s schedule. My appt was scheduled a year in advance. I get a call that it was cancelled, I call to reschedule and the person answering advised the Dr probably wanted a long weekend. I come in for my rescheduled appt, and they have me scheduled for xrays. I wasn't here for xrays. I sat for 45 mins waiting to be called and was advised they needed to reschedule me.
