Very unprofessional. I called to make an appoinment. Since I don't have insurance at the moment I made clear I'd be paying out of pocket so I asked for visit pricing. Front desk lady said it was gonna be $50 plus whatever exam I get done, how come I have prepay due of $210 for visit only.

The office staff is very unprofessional. When I called to set up an appointment, they told me their office would accept my insurance. However, once I got there on the day of the appointment, they told me they didn't accept my insurance... So I wasted the time to drive there and I wasn't able to pay out of pocket at the time so now I have to wait to get seen at another practice.
primary care refused to refill my blood pressure medication. avoid this place they seem to think people are just a sack of grapes or a box of candy nasty business. I lost alot of trust for the medical field after this
