They figured out my rash during the first visit and hit the nail on the head with treatment. However when I was leaving after my follow I was assured that the follow up was included with my original visit. $200 out of pocket not bad. A month later they send me a bill for another $110 for the follow up that I was in the building for less than 10 minutes for. Make sure if they tell you something like this you get it in writing. Not happy about being told one thing by the person at the desk then getting a surprise bill.
My husband and I both see Dr Patton and honestly could not recommend him more. He listens, he cares, he takes his time, if you’re not comfortable with a medication he is quick to find what works best. Anytime we need anything he is SUPER responsive. I’ve always had a female PCP and Truthfully when I was establishing a new one I had zero intention of staying with Tyler. I was going to find a female one. Nope, not a chance!
