My son got injured while playing high school sports and was disqualified due to the injury by the sports medicine doctor on site. After a lengthy stay in the ER and getting an x-ray we were referred to orthopedics. We were told we needed to see an orthopedic specialist before we could get an MRI. Ortho couldn’t get him in to be seen for over a week. When we were finally seen by Dr. Bean, he gave us about five minutes of his time. my son had an appointment today for being 5.30 seconds late they wouldn't see him. we don't live in etown when i asked where located when appt was schedule they said across from menards so i went to office there and it was in urgent care . very disappointed since when we told them we would couldn't sit all day i was told it could b an hour wait. so we can wait an hour but they can't wait 6 minutes. i just told them we will go elsewhere.

I have been fighting for 2 weeks to get an appointment with an urgent referral. I’ve been stuck in a brace with a broken leg and no one in the office seems to know what’s going on. Every time I call the say oh we’ll call back with an answer and yet again nothing!
