I had a pregnancy in 2021 & 2025, both pregnancies dealt with Kathleen Ferry and she is an amazing woman and an amazing OBGYN! I felt like I had a support person, friend, and an amazing doctor all in one! Everytime I seen her she had a bright smile, always ready to answer any and all questions, was very supportive, always went into detail about anything going on, when she told me information she made sure I was 100% understanding of whatever she said! Dr Lebder and his staff are always extremely accommodating and throughly describe your care. Highly professional and they make the process quick and easy.
I had a deeply upsetting experience at this clinic. I was pregnant and went in for my first visit for my second baby. I mentioned that I was feeling nauseous due to morning sickness, but they dismissed me, saying it could be COVID, and sent me home. They even claimed that nausea isn’t a sign of morning sickness. I was treated very poorly by both the front desk staff and the doctor, and I felt discriminated against. The experience has stayed with me for years, and I still regret not filing a complaint.
