Dr. Jason Hall is new to town and is the best of the best. We chose Dr. Hall over the U of L docs and the Norton docs to perform a very big surgery. He was ready and confident from the first time we met him, which the first time we met him was at 8pm after he had a really long day. He still swung by our room and game planned for 2 hrs. First off, let me start with it was very easy for me to get scheduled and into an appointment. That was the ONLY positive thing. However, it did not start out well after that. I waited in the room for over an hour. We just moved to the area and I was already in the works with a neurologist back before we moved so here was continuation of care. Worst numerology clinic worst Baptist Health clinic, I am a big fan of Baptist health system, primary care, labs, physical therapy and urgent care all are phenomenal but this clinic is horrible, no signs of clinic location outside the building or inside I had an appointment at the clinic, the address given to me was 103 finance drive suite 101 upon arrival I passed the building multiple times looking for a sign for the clinic, no signs at the building from outside or inside that a neurologist clinic is in the building, I dro... read more

9/26/25. I had a complex surgery with this office in 2013. Great success, great customer service. The disease progressed and recently my PCP recommended I visit with neurology again. She made the referral to this office at my request, and due to me giving my PCP incorrect contact information, neurosurgery instead of neurology, instead of the neurology office calling my PCP or myself to correct the error, they sat on it and did nothing.
