If I could rate this office a zero I would! Their staff is incompetent!
Beware of dr Courtney will lie on your medical records. I had a horrible experience with the office staff. I emailed my id and medical card. The nurse came in my room yelling and screaming at me about not being seen because they didn't get it. She came back a 2nd time and called Me a liar that I didn't send the documents . I went to the front desk the lady said she received my medical card but not my ID. I showed her where I sent the ID . She said I spelled her name wrong. Before I could resend it again. Waited for 3 weeks to get an appointment just for them to tell me I have to wait 4 more months to get into the neurologist, baptist health is a joke
