Sent over my referral multiple times and they said they didn’t get it. I delivered it in person and they said that won’t work; I am unsure why, as that is really abnormal to me. The address on here isn’t even the correct one. I will be searching for a different provider, as I have a bleeding disorder that needs urgent assessment. Lisa was very unhelpful. It is hard to find care in a rural area and the only option is here and it’s been like pulling teeth for no reason.
