After years of going to this clinic and seeing my current provider I was treated with such disrespect over an issue I tried to bring to my doctors attention. I was not allowed to talk to my doctor or leave her a message. The young lady I talked to( assumed it was her assistant simply refused to take the message and I was told by her my doctor would not return my call anyway. I started going to see KYLE ROMAINE back in Jan from my first appt he made me feel like I was less than him, he would cut me off while talking, ignoring half of the things I was telling him and speaking over me. I made my own appt with them once the rest of the time they were made for me without my knowledge and due to my work schedule I wasnt able to make a couple, (the ones the office scheduled for me) I was prescribed medication for anxiety. The woman who works front desk and assists picks up the phones is TERRIBLE and needs to be fired. I believe her name starts with a B. She had the worst attitude EVER and is mean. And yes this is a burner account god forbid she goes into my files and retaliates. Her higher ups very obviously do not monitor or review her calls because if they did I’m sure she wouldn’t be speaking to anyone the way she does. Customer service is half of any experience.
